Integrated Cooling and Heat Reuse for a Sustainable Data Centre
Frigel Unveils Synergo: Integrated Cooling and Heat Reuse for Sustainable Data Centres at DCW London 2026.
Frigel, a global specialist in high-efficiency data centre cooling, will present Synergo, its latest integrated solution combining advanced cooling and high-grade heat reuse to support low-carbon, energy-efficient data centre operations.
Designed to turn waste heat into a valuable energy resource, Synergo enables seamless integration with district heating networks and industrial heat users, while maintaining resilient, mission-critical cooling performance.
Built on Frigel’s latest generation of natural-refrigerant chillers and modular system architecture, Synergo delivers:
- Simultaneous cooling and heat recovery
- Heat export temperatures up to 65–85 °C
- Multiple operating modes, including Free Cooling and Heat Pump Mode
- Scalable, modular Balance-of-Data (BoD) design for phased expansion
This flexible, multi-mode approach allows operators to optimise efficiency year-round while reducing environmental impact and supporting future regulatory requirements.
At DCW London 2026, Frigel will showcase how Synergo supports modern data centre architectures, including liquid-cooled and hybrid facilities, helping transform data centres into active contributors to local energy ecosystems.
