To help us review your report, please include::
- Product name/data and its version
- Description of the issue
- Conditions needed to reproduce it
- Potential impact
- Whether you believe it is being actively exploited
Your name and contact details are optional, but without them we cannot ask for clarification or send you updates. Please avoid sending passwords, personal information or exploit material by unprotected email.
Contact us first to arrange a suitable secure transfer. Test only systems you own or are authorised to test, avoid disruption or access to other people’s data, and disclose findings responsibly. This policy does not authorise testing of third-party systems or promise legal immunity.
We will register and assess your report, coordinate with relevant component suppliers and keep you informed as the assessment progresses. We will discuss coordinated disclosure and provide information to affected users when appropriate or required. Please do not use this address for ordinary sales or support enquiries.
