Next-Gen All-in-one Adiabatic Solution
Modular Adiabatic Thermal Management
Real Scalable and Plug&Play Systems
Frigel is evolving from a supplier of cooling equipment into a process-optimization partner — helping customers improve profitability, efficiency, and sustainability. Hybreco is the next step in that evolution: a modular, plug-and-play adiabatic cooling system that delivers the performance of a fully engineered installation with the simplicity of a standardized product..
A simpler path to process cooling
Traditional adiabatic installations — including Frigel’s own Ecodry 4DK range — rely on separate pumping stations (GPP / GPV / GPR) plus extensive interconnecting piping, engineering, and on-site labour to tie the components together. Hybreco integrates these functions into a single self-contained module, removing most of that complexity:
Reduced engineering. Each module ships with its process pump, water strainer, and controls on board — only two pipe connections to the customer’s process are required.
Lower installation cost and site complexity. The true plug-and-play design minimizes piping, labour, and commissioning time.
Very fast lead times. Standardized modules can be stocked ready for delivery, rather than engineered to order.
Scalable over time. Trains expand up to 10 modules (20 fans) with unlimited parallel expansion, so capacity grows with the customer’s load.

What is a Modular Thermal Management System?
In high-volume manufacturing environments across Food & Beverage processing, PET preform molding, and heavy industrial production, thermal stability directly dictates production economics. Traditional centralized cooling infrastructures often subject processing lines to thermal bottlenecks, high energy consumption, and excessive maintenance overhead. A Modular Thermal Management System redefines process cooling by combining scalable, closed-loop central cooling architectures with targeted, localized temperature regulation directly at the production cell.
By decoupling central heat dissipation from localized setpoint control, modular systems give plant operators full operational flexibility. Advanced central adiabatic coolers automatically cycle between dry, adiabatic, and booster modes based on ambient conditions, reducing water consumption and lowering energy demand. Simultaneously, localized booster units—such as AI-assisted dynamic temperature control systems—deliver high-turbulence fluid flow directly to critical process channels.
Why did Frigel design the Hybreco Series?
The Hybreco family by Frigel has been designed to reduce installation and maintenance costs. Hybreco are advanced all-in-one thermal management systems, meaning they come standard with a process pump, water strainer, and on-board controls, with Plug and Play installation mode. The result is a real scalable, closed-loop system that eliminates scaling and Legionella risks, reduces costs, and maximizes total plant output with low capital expenditure.
