Display 1: 5 Liter Pail with Handle Mold
- 1+1 Cavity mold producing 5 Liter Pail with wrap around label and Handle Integrated by robot.
- Secondary Injection Unit allows handle to be molded in different colour and resin than pail
Display 2: 5-Gal Co-injection Utility Pail Mold
- Single Cavity mold producing fully encapsulated. 5 Gal 70 mil Pail using Co-Injection Technology (PP / PCR / PP)
- IML wrap around label
- Bailing automation includes metal handle forming and installation
Display 3: 4+4 OCTO Mold
- 4+4 Cavity family high speed stack mold with IML
- Nexteco asynchronous mold carrier system with integrated water manifold
- Mold carrier system allows simultaneous molding of both container and lid
- Mold is equipped with TGM’s MMC (Modular. Mold Change) which allows for product change-over in as little as 30 minutes
Display 4: 2 Cavity Eco Design Fast Cycle 18 Liter Pail Mold
- Cost effective Eco Mold design, with aggressive cycle time
- PP super fast pail, sub 10 sec cycle (free fall)
Display 5: 12 Cavity Jar Mold
- TGM Stretch Memory Molding (SMM) technology
- By utilizing special cooling design and thermal water, a jar can be molded without collapsible cores
