We are excited to announce that we will be attending the Plastimagen fair in Mexico City from November 7 to 10, 2023, together with our partner Avance Industrial. Plastimagen is the most important plastic industry event in Latin America, where you can find the latest trends and innovations in the sector.
At the Avance Industrial booth, you will have the opportunity to see our state-of-the-art machines in action, which are designed to offer high performance, efficiency, and quality in plastic injection molding. We will be showcasing four models of Sumitomo Demag machines, each one paired with a Frigel cooling system for optimal results.
A complete adiabatic cooler Ecodry 3DK will run on the booth.
Here are the details of the machines that we will be exhibiting:
- El-Exis SP 420/820 -1600: This is a high-speed hybrid machine that combines the advantages of hydraulic and electric technology. It will be coupled with a Microgel RSD 180 /24 E SP cooling system, with double zone and high pressure pumps.
- Int Elect 220/660 - 700: This is an all-electric machine that offers high precision, repeatability, and energy efficiency. It will be paired with a RSY80 /18 HP-VF cooling system.to manufacture an aotomotive component. Microgel Syncro provides cold water only during the cooling phase.
- Int Elect S 220/ 660 - 1000: This is a compact and versatile fast cycle time machine that can handle different types of molds and materials. It will be matched with a Microgel RSD 100/ 18 E SP cooling system, with double zone and high pressure pumps.
- Int Elect 180/570 -700: This is another all-electric machine that can handle different types of molds and material. It will be connected to a RSY 80/ 18 HP-VF cooling system. Microgel Syncro reduces drastically the cooling time.
