These super compact units are tailored for cycle time reduction in injection molding. Available in sizes from 16.3 to 56.9 kW (3.2 to 12.4 tons), with configurations for single zone (RSM) and double zone (RSD), each RS Microgel™ includes:

  • Water-cooled chiller
  • Free-cooling valve
  • High flow booster pump per zone
  • Heaters per zone
